A 19-year-old man was shot and killed in Chester City late Thursday night. Police said Kaliym Bowman was shot several times in the 1300 block of Crosby Street at 11:18 p.m.. He was rushed to Crozer-Chester Medical where he was pronounced dead at 11:35 p.m. Police said Bowman was a New Castle County, Del., resident.
